How do I install CustomersWay on my website?
To install CustomersWay on your website, you simply need to paste our script into your page or in Google Tag Manager.
How long does it take for data to appear?
As soon as the script is installed, within seconds you will start seeing in our dashboard the incidents your users experience on your website.
How many days is data stored?
Currently data is stored for 90 days.
What does monitoring from real user experience mean?
It means CustomersWay analyzes what happens when real users browse your website: JavaScript errors, loading issues, failing resources, response times, and other technical data. This makes it possible to detect problems that may not appear in one-off tests or manual audits.
How is CustomersWay different from Google Analytics?
Google Analytics helps you understand traffic, conversions, and overall behavior. CustomersWay focuses on detecting technical issues that impact user experience, such as errors, broken links, unoptimized resources, SEO issues, and loading times. The tool focuses on technical site analysis (SEO, performance, errors, etc.) and is designed to minimize the collection of identifiable data. Its use is aligned with applicable European data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR).
What type of data does CustomersWay analyze?
CustomersWay analyzes only technical website data, such as SEO errors, broken links, performance issues, optimization issues, or functional incidents. The tool does not access databases, orders, user accounts, or visitors personal information. The analysis is limited to the structure and technical behavior of the website.
Can CustomersWay affect my website performance or behavior?
No. CustomersWay is designed to be extremely lightweight and not affect your website performance. To detect incidents in real time, a small script of approximately 42 KB is installed. This script is optimized for minimal resource usage and strictly limits the number of events sent to avoid unnecessary bandwidth consumption. The script does not modify website behavior or interact with the database, and only collects technical information needed to detect errors, performance issues, or incidents on the site.
